Payment Policy

Understand how billing, payment processing, and charges are handled for your team subscription.

📅 Billing Cycle

  • When you subscribe, you choose either a Monthly or Yearly billing cycle.

  • Billing cycles start on the date of your subscription and recur automatically.

  • Yearly billing provides approximately 17% savings compared to monthly billing.


🔄 Auto-Renewal and Subscription Management

  • All subscriptions auto-renew unless manually canceled.

  • You can manage renewal settings directly via the Billing section in your account dashboard.

  • Renewal happens on the same day of the month/year as your initial subscription.


💸 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

  • Debit Cards (where applicable).

  • Other regional payment methods may be supported (subject to availability).

Prepaid cards and virtual cards might not be supported.


⚠️ Failed Payment Handling

  • If a payment fails:

    • We will send email notifications requesting you to update your payment information.

    • Multiple retry attempts are made within a grace period (typically 7 days).

  • Consequences of Non-Payment:

    • Restricted access to paid features after the grace period.

    • Possible account suspension if no action is taken.


🧾 Invoicing and Receipts

  • Every successful payment triggers an automatic invoice generation.

  • Invoices include:

    • Subscription plan details

    • Billing period

    • Tax/VAT (if applicable)

  • Invoices and receipts can be viewed, downloaded, and printed anytime via the Billing dashboard.


💰 Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

  • Canceling a plan does not retroactively refund previous payments.

  • Prorated refunds are not offered for unused subscription periods when downgrading or canceling early.

  • Exceptional refunds (billing errors, duplicate charges) are handled by the Support Team on a case-by-case basis.


🔄 Plan Upgrades, Downgrades, and Modifications

Upgrading:

  • When upgrading, the price difference is calculated prorated based on your remaining billing cycle.

  • New features are activated immediately after the upgrade.

Downgrading:

  • Downgrades become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You will continue to have access to the higher-tier features until the downgrade takes effect.

Switching Billing Frequency:

  • You can switch from monthly to yearly billing anytime (only Basic package).

  • Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of your current yearly term.


🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page.

  • Cancelling a subscription:

    • Prevents future billing.

    • Does not refund past payments.

    • Keeps access active until the end of the current billing period.


🧩 Taxes (VAT/GST)

  • Taxes such as VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes may be added based on your billing address.

  • The total amount, including taxes, is shown before confirming your payment.


🔔 Important Notes: Always ensure your billing details are up-to-date to avoid service interruptions. Changes to payment terms, tax rates, or supported payment methods will be communicated via email.
